“The concept of Ghabga Delight was out of The Lounge’s thought to do something different during the holy month,” said the organisers. “The Ghabga with a difference, the evening opened a platform for these initiatives to network with the members of the community, to introduce their programmes and seek help from those who can and are willing to support them. The idea of the evening was to help ‘discover meaningful initiatives around us’ this holy month.”

Mr Srivastava in his address appreciated the platform The Lounge for its initiative and commended the activities of the three community engagements.

Also present were Mrs Monika Srivastava, the patron of the ILA, MP Abdulnabi Salman, the first deputy of the Bahrain Council of Representatives, Korean Ambassador Hye Kwan Chung, Nepalese Ambassador Thirthraj Wagle, Bangladesh Ambassador Dr Nazrul Islam, Sri Lankan Ambassador Designate Wijeratne Mendis and Tree of Life Society chairman Khalil Al Daylami Chairman, among others.
