Apple Premium Reseller, iWorld, a division of Almoayyed International Group celebrated Global Accessibility Awareness Day in association with Talabat on 16th May 2019 at The Avenues Mall, Bahrain. The workshop was attended by 18 visually impaired members from the Saudi Bahraini Institute for the Blind. This workshop aims to make technology easier use for people with visual disabilities.
Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) is a worldwide community-driven effort which celebrates third Thursday of each May to promote digital accessibility and inclusion for people with all disabilities.
This workshop demonstrates powerful assistive technology built into Apple devices and its usefulness to access information by the visually impaired persons.
The workshop was conducted by Apple Certified teacher and the trainees were honored by Mr. Abhijit Mangle, General Manager of iWorld Connect.
