Familiarizing the world with Arabian Gulf

Golden Gate’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Eman Al Mannai, stated: “The successful exhibition was a great testimony to Bahrain’s commitment at restoring confidence in the real estate sector. We are very delighted to have sold over 20 units in just 3 days, a record high for us. We would like to thank His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, for his gracious attendance and vital support for the Real Estate and Property Development sector. His words have had a great impact on the success of this project and the sales rate was due to his continuous support.”

“Through the Golden Gate Project, we are familiarizing the world and the Arabian Gulf with Bahrain being a pioneer in various innovative real estate projects within a short period of time, attracting foreign and Bahraini investments through this unique project.”

The Golden Gate project is being implemented by a global joint venture partnership between Kooheji’s Golden Gate Developers and India’s Ajmera Realty and Mayfair Housing.
