Hévéa Café, culinary experts in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently introduced its High Tea Menu to members of the Bahrain Media Community by treating them to an ample spread of delicious tea-time pastries and sweets during an afternoon get-together on Wednesday, the 17th of August 2016.
The event was attended by a host of representatives from the media, and it was organized in line with introducing the brand new High Tea Menu of Hévéa Café. With a wide selection of dishes to choose from the a la carte menu, the High Tea catered to those with both a sweet and savoury tooth.
In line with its original and vibrant approach to engaging customers through its wholesome offerings, there was a wide choice of teas and coffees, along with a selection of mocktails in small glasses. A simplistic assortment of high tea treats was offered to the guests, from freshly baked breads to scones, croissants, homemade berry jam and baguettes.
During the evening, General Manager of Foods Unlimited, Chef Guy Gateau said: “I am extremely delighted to introduce Hévéa Café’s High Tea Menu and have members of the media present with us during this occasion. Combining passion, expertise and the latest food trends, our guests are taken on an experiential journey to explore the significant culinary relationships between food and tea through our appetizing pairing flavours.”

Hailing from France, Chef Guy Gateau has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry and has worked extensively in Europe, North America and the Middle East. He holds a Master Chef classification with the highest level of training in Sous Vide cooking and state-of-the-art equipment.
