iGA Chief Executive Meets Huawei Bahrain CEO

Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive Mohammed Ali AlQaed received Huawei Bahrain CEO, Jon Lu Yuedong at his office at iGA’s headquarters in Isa Town, where they discussed cooperation between the two organizations in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

During the meeting, several topics relating to the field were reviewed with the aim of implementing them at local level. The discussions were in the context of the sector’s increasing prosperity and the continuous support it receives from the government to help it keep up with the latest global trends.

Mr. AlQaed welcomed the support that Huawei provides to technology projects in the Kingdom, and the continued partnership between the company and the government of Bahrain, which is helping to elevate the quality of eServices in the Kingdom.
