The Ministry of Transportation & Telecommunications, in collaboration with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), offer all these services and more through various channels, including the National Portal (Bahrain.bh) and eKiosks located in various areas in Bahrain.
Residents can also enjoy greater convenience by downloading the Bahrain Post app from the eGovernment Apps Store (Bahrain.bh/apps) directly onto their smartphones. The app is easy to use and delivers important notifications to ensure all the information you need is at your fingertips.
Bahrain Post’s mailboxes offer a secure and convenient way to have your personal or business mail delivered. Renewing this service, paying annual fees, and updating your contact information are now easier than ever using the app. Just enter your P.O. Box and ID number and review your details before proceeding with the payment.
Whether you’re shipping your mail locally or internationally, you can calculate the cost with the Cost Calculator service. Enter the mail weight, destination, and shipping option to receive an instant quote. The Tracking Postal Packages service provides added peace of mind, enabling senders to check on and enquire about the status of their delivery. Enter your ID tracking number and all the details you need appear on the screen.
If you do need to visit a post office in person, the ‘Post Office and Public Mailbox Locator’ service is available to help you get there. It displays the locations of all the post offices and public mailboxes in the Kingdom, as well as the opening hours and contact details of each branch.
