INJAZ Bahrain held its annual company coordinators assembly

INJAZ Bahrain held its annual board companies’ coordinators meeting on 19th January 2017. The meeting was hosted by Ithmaar Bank at Fraser Suites, Seef Area.

The annual meeting is held to enhance the ongoing relationship between INJAZ Bahrain representatives and the company coordinators representing the valued board companies.

The aim of the meeting is to brief all the key business partners on INJAZ Bahrain’s business plans for the upcoming spring semester 2016/17, boost the company  coordinators’ support towards the programs, promote INJAZ Bahrain programs within their organization, seek commitment to provide high caliber volunteers, exchange new approaches and ideas as well as the forthcoming strategic plan .

The meeting was attended by Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Executive Director of INJAZ Bahrain. The executive director who thanked the coordinators for all support they extend to INJAZ Bahrain particularly on the level of volunteers’ provision by saying “We are really grateful to the effort you put into the advancement of INJAZ Bahrain’s mission. Providing volunteers from your organization is not an easy task. We know how hard and challenging it is to encourage individuals to give in their time and full commitment to ensure successful implementation of our programs. You are our ambassadors in your organizations. Our board members are strong believers of our mission of empowering youth to own their economic success.”

The briefing focused on the students’ target reach of 23,000 for 2016/2017 academic year and more than 900 volunteers required to be engaged with INJAZ Bahrain for the delivery of its 15 programs in all secondary, intermediate, primary schools, universities and private schools. INJAZ Bahrain team highlighted the performance up to date, as well as the newly introduced business initiatives and the coordinators inputs with regards to the new strategy 2022.  All parties concluded the meeting by putting together a number of recommendations and suggestions that need to be looked into for the enhancement of all parties’ participation and the way forward to improve the engagement approach.

INJAZ Bahrain and its business partners are working jointly to provide opportunities for youth to explore their potentials and develop skills that will help them make better career choices and provide them with a more promising future.
