INJAZ Students Visit Ebrahim K. Kanoo Facilities

Thirty students from the Al Shurooq Secondary Girls School visited the Ebrahim K. Kanoo corporate office in Manama where they were given a special tour of the spare parts department and warehousing facility.

As part of INJAZ Bahrain’s Job Shadow program, the students accompanied Ms. Yathreb Awachi, the volunteer from the spare parts department on a guided tour. They were introduced to the company’s history and the vision of the board of directors who lead one of the most trusted organisations in the Kingdom. They were also briefed on the processes and procedures in place at the company’s main warehousing facility which houses Toyota and Lexus genuine spare parts.

The Job Shadow program introduces high school students to careers through one-day, on-site orientation visits where students learn more about the particular workplace and the different career opportunities available.

Ebrahim K. Kanoo Managing Director, Mr. Talal F. Kanoo highlighted the importance of such visits which enhance the students’ perspective of job trends in the market and the level of expertise available in the country, “Ebrahim K. Kanoo is a proud supporter of INJAZ Bahrain and we welcome all students who are interested in the automotive and automotive care industries. Today, the students had a chance to tour our sophisticated spare parts department which follows a world-class standard of inventory and safety.”
