The MoU was signed by Justice Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, and LMRA CEO Ausamah bin Abdullah Al Absi.

The minister stressed the importance of this cooperation, which aims to strengthen the system of joint governmental work, and to provide assistance to expatriate workers to enable them to benefit from the administrative facilities available in the field of litigation provided by the Kingdom to reach justice in all its aspects, especially the aspect related to workers’ rights.

Al Absi stressed his keenness to support full justice, and to support government’s approaches to integrate governmental work in a way that raises efficiency and reduces costs.
