Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain), recently celebrated a significant milestone as the Bank marked 15 years of successful operations in the Kingdom. This occasion was commemorated during its annual staff gathering which was held at the Art Rotana Hotel in Amwaj Islands. Over 300 KFH-Bahrain employees attended the event and were welcomed by Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KFH-Bahrain.
During his keynote address, Mr. Alkhayyat expressed his appreciation to the Board of Directors, the Management and the employees for their continuous efforts in strengthening the Bank’s position as one of the leading Islamic Financial institutions in the country.
“Today marks KFH-Bahrain’s 15 years of operation in the Kingdom, and I would like to take this opportunity to convey our sincere appreciation to our Board of Directors and our Management team for building our corporate success. I would also like to extend my gratitude to our loyal employees who have been instrumental in driving the Bank forward. There is no doubt that our staff is the pillar of our success; they have proven time and again their commitment and effort to ensure KFH-Bahrain continues to thrive and prosper. Since its inception, KFH-Bahrain has strived to excel in the quality of products and services it offers its customers in line with the Shari’a principles and market demands. We have been blessed with excellent results due to the continuous efforts and hard work of all our employees, and we hope to remain successful in the future.” stated Mr. Alkhayyat.
Mr. Alkhayyat also touched on the tremendous strides taken by the Islamic Finance industry on a global scale and the need for personal development in order to stay ahead of the market curve.

During the event, 6 outstanding employees were honored with the ‘Fursan Baytik’ recognition award to commemorate their exceptional contribution to the Company. Over 100 staff members were also commended for their long-standing service, after working in the Bank for 15, 10 and 5 years respectively.
