Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain hosted its Annual Staff Meeting at Bahrain’s Four Seasons Hotel. The event marked a successful year of accomplishments, and paid tribute to the contributions and achievements of employees for the year 2017.

Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat, the Managing Director and CEO, kicked off the event with a keynote speech in which he expressed appreciation to the Board of Directors and the management team for their active role in supporting the Bank’s initiatives and strategy, and commended the efforts and commitment of staff in achieving the Bank’s targets for the previous year. Mr. AlKhayyat additionally shared with the employees the Bank’s plans and strategic direction for the coming years and encouraged all employees to continue aiming for the achievement of greater and more ambitious goals. In his speech, AlKhaayat also reiterated the Bank’s dedication to enriching a work environment that sustainably supports diversity, team spirit, respect, fairness and growth opportunities for all employees.

The evening resumed with welcoming the new employees who have joined the Bank during the previous year, recognition of the Bank’s Social Committee members for their efforts in organizing and managing the Bank’s social events, announcement of the new Social Committee members, celebration of outstanding staff achievements under the Annual Grand Fursan Baytik Employee Recognition Program, and the commemoration of the long service employees who have completed their five, ten and fifteen years of service with the Bank.

The event was concluded with dinner and staff entertainment activities including Raffle Draws on various gifts, as well as a Grand Raffle Draw.
