Khalifa Shaheen visits St Chris Primary School, Saar

Award winning Bahraini photographer, and founder of KSDI, Khalifa Shaheen visited the St Christopher’s Primary School in Saar this week. Nadia Shaheen, Business Development Manager at KSDI, also attended.

He met with a small group of students who were eager to hear about his life as a photographer. During his visit, he also viewed an installation of historical photographs of Bahrain – all taken by Mr Shaheen himself over the years. These historical images now take pride of place through the school halls.

Ed Goodwin, Principal of St Christopher’s, and Wendy Bataineh, Head of the Junior School, presented Mr Shaheen with a plaque to thank him for visiting the students.
