Another member of the KHK MMA team, Egypt’s Ahmed Amir, put on a valiant effort in his split draw with England’s Sam Patterson. After dominating the first round, “The Butcher” had issues with his resistance, but his heart never gave out and he snatched a draw against a rising prospect in Patterson. Amir has also expressed his gratitude for His Highness’ work in mixed martial arts and the difference it has made in his life.
“Thank you so much to His Highness for being a great leader and brother. He always has my back in all sorts of situations, win or lose, the bad before the good. He is always the first one to support me and give me wise advice. I’m proud and honored to be a part of the KHK MMA family”.
Aside from Eldarov, Jose Torres and Akhmed Magomedov were the other members victorious on Brave 23, while Ikram Aliskerov lost to Khamzat Chimaev.
