Kooheji Real Estate launches its iconic latest Residential project in the kingdom of Bahrain “Seef Avenue”

Kooheji Development launched its latest iconic residential project in the Kingdom of Bahrain Seef Avenue under the patronage of H.E Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the CEO of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), who attended the opening ceremony and took a tour of the project’s facilities and apartments. The launch that took place on Wednesday, 13th of November 2019 was also attended by investors and Senior Executives from the Kingdom of Bahrain’s top Banks and companies.

The project strategically located in Seef Area opposite to City Centre Mall Bahrain commenced in early 2016 and the handover was on 30th April 2019. This new iconic development consisting of one tower with 26 floors and a total of 190 apartments is now officially available to own or lease attracting great investment opportunities for Bahrain.

His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief Executive Officer of RERA, said: “We are pleased with the opening of Kooheji Real Estate project “Seef Avenue” as such diversified projects attract investment in Bahrain’s real estate sector. Kooheji Real Estate is one of the largest real estate companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain.”

The project has witnessed exceptionally high demand from investors for being situated in a prime location in the heart of Manama while embracing all aspects of luxury and comprising of incomparable facilities. The apartment sizes exceed the standards of previous projects and developments within the current market; the residential units are designed with spacious areas of up to 90 square meters for one-bedroom units and 150 square meters for two-bedrooms units to suit specific target groups that seek a spacious, modern, iconic and high-quality residence. The interior features comprise of Italian materials brought in from the most prestigious Italian factories manufactured specifically for residential units at Seef Avenue.
