Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain Announces First “Libshara” Durrat Marina Grand Prize Apartment Winner of 2019

Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) has announced Dr. Ahmed Jasim Jamal as the February 2019 ‘Libshara’ Savings Account grand prize winner of the luxury furnished apartment in Durrat Marina, as well as the 60 winners of Libshara’s Special Segments. The draw took place at the KFH-Bahrain headquarters located in the Bahrain World Trade Centre under the supervision of several representatives from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and members of the Bank’s management team.

On the occasion, Mr. Subah Al Zayani, Deputy Head of Retail Banking Group at KFH commented: “We would like to extend our congratulations to Dr. Ahmed Jasim Jamal for winning the luxury apartment in Durrat Marina. To assure the winners comfort and convenience, we have furnished the apartments and covered the service costs for two years, and I hope the winners enjoy their awards.”

The Grand Prize winner, Dr. Ahmed Jasim Jamal said: “This win came as a surprise, and brought great joy since this is the first time I emerge as winner. My family and I are looking forward to enjoy Durrat Marina’s facilities and off course, I would like to thank KFH-Bahrain for this award.”

“Libshara” is a Sharia-compliant account which provides incredible opportunities to win a variety of valuable prizes including grand and monthly prizes in addition to special categories, totaling to $120,000 in value per month. Customers with a “Libshara” saving account will automatically enter monthly draws upon saving an amount of BD50 or its USD equivalent for a minimum period of 30 days; where each customers’ chances of winning are increased according to the length of period invested, by receiving 2 chances for a 180-days investment, and 3 chances for a 360-days investment.

The 2019 Libshara prizes include, 6 grand luxury apartment prizes at Durrat Marina, 6 grand cash prizes of $50,000, as well as every month sixty lucky monthly winners will receive an amount of $500 each for the special segment categories “Our Women, Our Children, Our Savers, Our Cards”, KFH Jazeel Banking account holders, and KFH has also collaborated with “VIVA” Telecommunications Company to present 10 monthly vouchers worth $500 for small and medium enterprises upon spending BD50 or more on corporate services, in addition to other cash prizes.

The ‘Libshara’ Savings Investment Account is available for all corporate clients inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as individuals of Bahraini citizens or GCC citizens at 18 years of age or older. Minors are also eligible with support of their parents or legal guardians. A “Libshara” account can be opened online through the “KFH Jazeel Banking” mobile app or via any branch. “Libshara” ensures its account owners that the profit rates will be distributed on a monthly basis, and increased chances of winning grand prizes by increasing deposits for longer periods.
