Kuwait’s Al Zour refinery budget increased to $16bn

Kuwait’s oil minister revealed that, Kuwait’s Al-Zour refinery budget has been increased by $2.88 billion (871 million Kuwaiti dinars) to $16bn (4.871 billion).

Ali Saleh al-Omair said the increase was approved by Kuwait’s Supreme Petroleum Council because of the importance of the project, the state news agency Kuna said.
