Marassi Al Bahrain to be showcased at Cityscape Global Dubai

Vibrant waterfront lifestyle destination on display for investors

UAE-based private real estate investment and development company, Eagle Hills, in partnership with Bahraini developer Diyar Al Muharraq, announced the participation of Marassi Al Bahrain in Cityscape Global in Dubai, which is being held from 6 to 8 September 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Centre in the UAE. Scores of visitors are expected to stop by the stand, which will also be displaying several of the other high quality urban developments being built by Eagle Hills in Jordan, Morocco and the UAE.

Investors and industry stakeholders visiting the show will get the opportunity to view one of Bahrain’s key real estate developments, Marassi Al Bahrain, an 875,000 square metre waterfront destination located on the northern shores of the master-development Diyar Al Muharraq.

Low Ping, CEO, Eagle Hills, said: “Cityscape Global will attract home buyers and investors from across the world, and is an excellent opportunity for Eagle Hills to showcase the high quality city hubs we are building in different countries, including the Marassi Al Bahrain master-planned development. Demand is already high for the Marassi Al Bahrain projects that have been announced, mainly from local and GCC investors, and this exhibition is a good platform to highlight the opportunities available for global investors to consider.”

Dr. Maher Al Shaer, Managing Director of Eagle Hills Diyar, said: “Marassi Al Bahrain will have significant benefits for the Bahraini economy, in terms of both job creation and boosting tourism. We are looking forward to highlighting these socio-economic benefits and engaging with industry stakeholders and investors from the UAE and all over the world, and to explore potential collaborations and investments. As the region’s largest property show, Cityscape is an ideal event to draw investors’ attentions to the significance of Marassi Al Bahrain to the Kingdom.”

The Marassi Al Bahrain master plan includes several residential projects, such as the announced Marassi Residences and Marassi Shores Residences, as well as the iconic Marassi Galleria, a 178,000sqm high-end lifestyle and shopping destination, which will feature a range of entertainment and dining options, lush gardens, and shaded walkways. Marassi Galleria also incorporates two first-to-market hospitality brands, introducing to the Kingdom the 110-room The Address Hotel and 160-room VIDA Hotel, both of which have been successful smart lifestyle concepts operated by Emaar Hospitality Group across the UAE. Serviced residences from the two brands – The Address Residences Marassi Al Bahrain and VIDA Residences Marassi Al Bahrain – are also in the pipeline. With direct mall access, they boast elegant interiors and a modern aesthetic well-suited to their beachfront location.
