Michelin star-winning chef Thierry Verrat pops up in Bahrain

ART Rotana, 5 star beach resort located at Amwaj Islands, proudly announces the hosting of the famous French Michelin Star Chef Thierry Verrat from 10th to 15th April at Flames Steak & Seafood Restaurant with an extraordinary gastronomic a la carte experience. In addition, Chef Thierry will host a special Wine and Dine night at Flames Steak & Seafood Restaurant on 12th April featuring a specially made set menu for BD 50++ per person with beverage pairing.

With 23 years at the head of his restaurant ‘La Ribaudière’ located in Bourg Charente, France, Chef Thierry Verrat has constantly evolved his style to produce incredible dishes that attract gourmets from around the world.

The special a la carte menu created for this special event features a variety of delicious dishes such as Seabass Tartare with Herring Caviar, Lobster dumplings, Tomahawk Steak with Bone Marrow smoked and flavoured with Pine Needle, his famous “Not your usual” Lemon Tart and many more tempting options.

Faced with a sanitization of tastes and products, I work in partnership with the producers of this region that saw my birth, so as that thanks to their know-how and exceptional products, I can offer this exceptional experience, a gastronomy that reflects the region.”
