Milestone Properties promotes real estate projects in the GCC through strategic partnerships with leading real estate developers in Turkey
Milestone Properties returns to The Bahrain International Property Exhibition this year held on October 26th-28th under the His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa at the Bahrain International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
During the exhibition, Milestone Properties will promote a multi-use real estate projects in the European side of Istanbul near the New Airport and Kanal Istanbul which are currently the main infrastructure projects in Istanbul. The project consists of residential buildings, which have all the facilities such as Turkish baths, swimming pools, gym, kids playing areas and many other facilities, along with some shopping malls. The prices of the project are highly competitive.

BIPEX is an annual event that brings together major Bahraini real estate investors, development companies, financial institutions, legal institutions and consumers to showcase projects, reach and discuss and make decisions in an open environment. BIPEX is organized by Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), and continues to grow as a direct result of increased investment projects among public and private sectors of the economy, the organizers say.
In last year’s BIPEX event, the exhibition highlighted real estate assets worth $60 billion, a significant rise from $52 billion in its previous edition. The 2015 show attracted more than 7,000 unique visitors of whom 24% travelled from outside of Bahrain.
