Dubai-based developer Nakheel revealed that it has signed second agreement with UK-based Premier Inn to run a new 250-room hotel at the Dragon City. The agreement has been signed at the Nakheel stand at Dubai’s Cityscape Global property exhibition. This is second in row as Nakheel and Premier Inn inked a deal on a 372-room hotel earlier at Dubai’s Ibn Battuta Mall.
The new hotel at Dragon City is scheduled to open in 2018. Nakheel intends to transform the area into a giant retail, residential and recreational complex spanning more than 11 million square feet in built-up area.
