Euro Motors, the exclusive importer and distributor for luxury automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently welcomed former Formula E World Champion and current driver for the Panasonic Jaguar Racing team, Nelson Piquet Jr., to the Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover Showroom.
Arriving in the Kingdom to take part in the World Endurance Championship, Nelson Piquet Jr. visited the Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover Showroom, where he was taken on a familiarization tour of the state-of-the-art facility. Being a crucial member of the Jaguar Racing team, Piquet Jr. used the luxury performance SUV, Jaguar F-Pace, for all travels throughout his stay in Bahrain.
During his visit to the first purpose built showroom in the MENA region, the former World Champion was able to experience all the dynamic offerings within the showroom including the unique Configurator Room, a service wherein customers are given the unique opportunity to configure their brand new Jaguar or Land Rover based on individual preferences and with utmost cost transparency. With the latest Jaguar and Land Rover models on display, Piquet Jr. was also able to get a firsthand experience of all the luxurious vehicles and was given the opportunity to explore the unique features of the vehicles including the All-New Land Rover Discovery.

Competing at a professional level for well over a decade, Nelson Piquet Jr. has already enjoyed a long and illustrious career across many forms of motorsport including Formula 1, GP2, NASCAR and Formula E amongst others and winning a number of championships and titles along the way. Starting his career in South American Karting, Piquet Jr. made a steady rise to professional racing and competed alongside the likes of Lewis Hamilton in GP2. In 2008 he made his debut in Formula 1 and helped his team secure fourth position overall for the season.
Having won the inaugural Formula E World Championship, Piquet Jr. will be looking to secure another championship crown with his current team, Panasonic Jaguar Racing. With the recent launch of the new Jaguar I-TYPE 2 and former World Champion Piquet Jr. behind the wheel, Jaguar’s second year in racing promises to be the best one yet.
