Emirates Oasis Villas by Al Habtoor Group offers prime Dubai location and modern amenities for families to enjoy

A new contemporary living destination is emerging in Umm Al Sheif for families who want to live in Jumeirah and enjoy modern home amenities.

Emirates Oasis, a new high-end gated community by Al Habtoor Group, is located in one of the most popular and aspirational lifestyle locations in Dubai. Due to high demand from residents to live in the Jumeirah area, a large number of community retail developments have been developed along the arterial corridors of Jumeriah Beach Road, Al Wasl Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, as well as their main connecting roads in recent years. This retail has been developed to take advantage of the middle to high income demographic who occupy the low density residential communities which characterise these areas.
