As customer satisfaction will always remain one of Nissan’s key focus areas, Nissan Middle East has held its Annual Regional Skills Contest in Dubai, to honor top performing sales executives across the Middle East, focusing on top tier customer experience in the region across different departments.
The Regional Skills Contest is made up of four competitions for technicians, service advisors, sales and parts, with the objective of employees showcasing their capabilities ,product knowledge and hone in on their skills. Mr. Yogesh Shankarlal Sachde from Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons has won 2nd Runner up in the Nissan Sales Skills Competition reinforcing Nissan Bahrain Customer Experiences as a one of the best in the region. “Achieving this ranking showcases the importance of customer experience Nissan offers at Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons, which continues to surpass customer expectations” said Yogesh, 2nd Runner up in the Nissan Regional Sales Skills Competition.
