In appreciation of their employees’ devotion and commitment to the hotel, The Palace Boutique Hotel held its annual staff party at Elements Pool and Lounge, Intercontinental Regency Bahrain on January 2nd.
Operations Manager Susy M. Massetti, also known as Chef Susy of Masso, congratulated the team and told everyone to be ready for a year of change, highlighting on all the new policies and developments that were implemented in 2017.
Rigert Hysenllari was awarded the “Employee of the Year”. Joju Pareth, Mohamed Busandal, Dinah Buni Vidal, Carey Joseph Adalla and Mohamed Abdulla Ahmed were awarded for long service of 10 and 5 years with the company.
The remainder of the event ensued in friendly competitions conducted by Crown Jewels’ host Mildred Fernandez and a raffle draw of prizes for the lucky employees.
The Palace thanks its suppliers for sponsoring the generous gifts, without which the party would not have been a complete success.
The Palace prides itself with its employees and looks forward to an eventful year of staff activity and fun, with the priority of keeping their staff content.
The celebration marked the rewarding and successful results of 2017, and the new benefits that staff will soon enjoy. The Orangery is also in preparation of the much anticipated launch of their second branch at the Avenues this year.
