R Hotels reveals plan for $41m Ajman project

R Hotels, the hospitality management division of Ajman-based R Holding, has revealed plans for a new 182-room hotel. With a total investment of AED150 million ($40.9 million), the construction of the Ajman Corniche property is expected to start in the third quarter of this year with a target opening date of Q1 2017.

The new hotel will be located beside Ramada Beach Hotel Ajman, which is also owned and managed by R Hotels.
