Bahrain Bay is seen as one of the most desirable destination for corporations and residential developments. With its prime location, it is able to withstand the flexibility of the fast-paced futuristic developments. The Golden Gate project will be positioned in the centre of Bahrain Bay, with amenities and transport links in close proximity for the residents to enjoy, attracting potential investors across the region and India. The Golden Gate project consists of two towers with 45 and 53 stories and a total of 746 apartments, offering an attractive freehold sale, with prices starting from BHD 45,000. The architecture of the towers draws inspiration from the cultures of both Bahrain and India, creating a blend of modernistic interpretations of traditional architecture. The towers are crowned with a curved sail shape representing the 5,000 years of seafaring trade in Bahrain, whilst the exterior façade and the colors chosen throughout the residence gives the impression of precious jewels shining, reflecting on the trade relations between Bahrain and India

Kooheji Golden Gate has established themselves as leaders in the industry, providing high-quality services to both local and international markets. The company’s reputation precedes them. Chairman of Kooheji Golden Gate, Ishaq Al Kooheji reveals, “The inspiration behind the Golden Gate projects is synonymous to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, which is an architectural landmark. It reflects our mutual desire to create a bridge between nations and a gateway to attract international investments to Bahrain, we aimed to make Golden Gate just as iconic.”

Ajmer Mayfair has a century of experience combined within their fields and companies. The Golden Gate project is their next project to unveil.
