Recruitment Drive for Bahraini Ladies

Under the patronage of H.E. Jameel Bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Honorable Minister of labour and Social Development, Al Rashid Group had a recruitment drive for Bahraini ladies opting for part time employment. Al Rashid Group hired 50 Bahraini female employees as part of this initiative.

H.E. Jameel Bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Honorable Minister of labour and Social Development presided over the contract signing of the new employees and encouraged them at the event in Oasis Mall, East Riffa.

Speaking at the event Mr. Vikas Attri, Chief Operating Officer, Al Rashid Group said: We are very proud to hire the local talent, especially Bahraini female employees, they are valuable assets to our organization. They are an important pillar in our growth strategy and I am delighted to see their passion, integrity and discipline that they bring to work.

Al Rashid Group‘s constant endeavor is to recruit, train and develop Bahraini Nationals for employment.  We believe that the local youth in Bahrain has tremendous potential, skills and talent. The existing Bahraini nationals in the company have proven to be highly successful, disciplined and hard working.

Al Rashid Group believes in providing a great working atmosphere and learning environment for the local talent.  In order to provide them great flexibility and strike a good work life balance ARG under the guidance of Ministry of Labor have introduced a scheme to hire part time Bahraini ladies.  This will allow the employees having families or undergoing education to work with us.

Mr. Sachin Dutta, Head Human Resources, Al Rashid Group added: Not only we hire but also put tremendous focus on skill building and developing the human capital of Bahraini talent. We have Bahrainis in leadership positions at our group and will continuously strive for career progression of these newly hired employees as well.
