Offered by the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) in cooperation with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), the EWA App allows you view your electricity and water bills, and payments history.
With the summer season, consumption of electricity & water are indeed increased with the hot temperature weather – leaving household families unaware of their exact monthly electricity and water consumptions that could sprung out with surprises.
Whether you live alone or with your family, you simply cannot afford to have interrupted by electricity and water services cutting. This is why paying the bills on time is so important. You can now rest easy knowing that the whole process of EWA bills can now be completed in a matter of minutes!
The app also helps you reduce considerably your monthly bill through its ‘Act Now’ service, which allows you to compare your own consumption against Bahrain benchmarks by analyzing details from your last issued bill.
This is in addition to a number of other services available through the app, such as bill payment, receiving notifications for outstanding bills, and switching to the environmentally-friendly eBill instead of paper statements. The services are also available on bahrain.bh.
