Curated by the hotel’s talented culinary team, led by Executive Chef Joergen Sodemann, and in collaboration with Food & Beverage Director William Fily and our dedicated team, the Farmers Market offers an exceptional culinary experience. Guests will enjoy a variety of traditional Bahraini flavors, with the option to indulge in either breakfast or lunch. Start off your Friday with refreshing selection of cold Mezzeh such as Labneh, Hummus, Mutable, and a variety of greens, followed by live cooking stations serving Foul Medames, Bahraini Shakshuka, Balaleet, and seared Bahraini beef liver, along with other local specialties.
