Rotary club of Sulmaniya has successfully completed their 42nd annual Raft Race. This year was to increase awareness of pollution in our sea. In particular to, “Stop Plastic Pollution.” Plastic has became a very large issue and a menace to our Ocean.
24 teams participated, many of whom are from companies who believe in the same cause. Two types of races were conducted, open sea (men only) and Lagoon (mixed with at least two females).
The winner of this year raft race was APM terminals. Below are the next place:
