In line with its on-going Corporate Social Responsibility efforts towards supporting local charitable initiatives that serves various humanitarian causes, Seef Properties, the leading real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, donated two vehicles to two local charitable organizations.
A Toyota mini-bus was donated to the Saudi Bahraini Institute for the Blind and a Kia Salon vehicle was donated to the Bahrain Association for Parents and Friends of Disabled.
The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of Seef Properties, Mr. Essa Najibi, Vice Chairman and CSR Committee Chairman of Seef Properties, Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed and the Chief Executive Officer of Seef Properties, Mr. Ahmed Yusuf in addition to CSR Committee members, Zakareya Buallay and Amal Jalal.
The donation was made in the presence of the Chairman of the Saudi Bahraini Institute for the Blind, Mr. Mohammed Al Jowder, and the Director of the Institute, Mr. Abdul Wahid Al Khayat, as well as the Vice Chairman of the Bahrain Association for Parents and Friends of Disabled, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Sayed.
Mr. Mohammed Al Jowder, Chairman of the Saudi Bahraini Institute for the Blind, expressed his sincere gratitude to Seef Properties for their generous donation, which will assist in facilitating transportation of students to and from the institute.
The Vice Chairman of the Bahrain Association for Parents and Friends of Disabled, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Sayed, also thanked Seef Properties for donating the vehicle which will be used to transport members of the association to provide homecare for people with special needs.
