Inspired by Bahrain’s deep-rooted Arabian culture, the name ‘Al Liwan’ means the spacious hall surrounded by walls that used to be allocated to receiving guests in old houses. It has been part of the authentic Bahraini heritage and every corner was inspired by this unique project from this standpoint, including the four existing residential buildings In the project, which will bear the names of trees known to Bahrain since ancient times and still present today; including Yanboot, Awsaj, Nakhla and Sidra. The project will also be decorated with large green spaces and waterfronts, the most prominent of which will bear the names of Al Ain, Al Baraha and Al Hadeeqa.

On this occasion, Mr. Ahmed Yusuf said: “We are delighted to welcome all representatives of the media in one of the most contemporary and diverse real estate development projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Northern Governorate in particular. We have completed the largest part of the major construction works on the project and we are proceeding at a steady pace to complete the project with all its residential, entertainment and commercial facilities by the first quarter of 2021.”

He added: “With its unique blend of housing, entertainment and hospitality, Al Liwan provides an innovative lifestyle for residents and visitors, especially with the generous greeneries and waterfronts, which will be a mesmerizing addition to the various facilities of the project, meeting the aspirations of families and individuals and making it the preferred ‘go-to’ spot by citizens, residents and tourists from all nationalities.”
