Silah Gulf, a multi-award winning customer experience solutions provider, joins forces with the Bahrain Economic Development Board in the Shared Services & Outsourcing Week Middle East, which is taking place from October 31st– November 3rd at the Crowne Plaza, Bahrain. Hosted by Shared Services and Outsourcing Network, the event will review the latest international best practices, examine SSO case studies from across the globe and identify region-specific strategies that can help you take your shared services and outsourcing operations to the next level. Silah Gulf CEO Ricardo Langwieder-Goerner will moderate one of the key panel discussions titled, “Driving business growth through the adoption of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).” The conference will also feature speakers from top corporations across the GCC, including Mastercard, Qatar Foundation, Azadea amongst others.
An Awards ceremony at the end of Day One will recognize key achievements. This will be followed by a networking lunch.
