The Southern Governorate took part in a wide-ranging campaign to distribute 10,000 face masks which were provided by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF).
The drive is part of the national campaign “Feenah Khair”, launched by His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa to combat the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
It also reflects the keenness of the Southern Governor HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa to enhance awareness and highlight the role of community Partnership.
Deputy Southern Governor Brigadier Isa Thamer Isa Al-Dosari and other officials attended the distribution of the face masks in cooperation with the Community Police. Mandatory precautionary measures were distributed.
Al-Dosari commended the “Feenah Khair”, stressing the Govenorate’s keenness to contribute to efforts aimed to instill awareness through social and security initiatives.
