First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Honorary President of the Bahrain Mixed Martial Arts Federation and Founder of Khalid Al Khalifa Mixed Martial Arts Organization (KHK MMA) Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa expressed joy at the outstanding success of the third edition of Brave Combat Federation Championship, organized by BRAVE Combat Federation in cooperation with the Brazil Mixed Martial Arts Federation, in Croatia, Brazil.
Shaikh Khalid said that the success of this edition comes in favour of the Kingdom of Bahrain, by strengthening the Kingdom’s presence in the international area, which translated the unlimited support by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. This comes after BRAVE launched last September in the Kingdom of Bahrain and achieved wide praise within international sport circles, attracting fans and lovers of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Shaikh Khalid said: “BRAVE Championship is able to exist with vigour on the world stage, thanks to outstanding organisation for the international championships and the large participation of MMA stars. It managed to achieve many of the goals and aspirations that we have set since launch, which enhances the prestige of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the international sports arena, especially in this sport, and contributes to make it a leading center for the sport in the region.”
Shaikh Khalid pointed out that the efforts will continue to spread championships across various countries of the world, which is an important goal that confirms Bahrain’s success in organising this international MMA championship. He praised the organization and strong performances seen in the third BRAVE edition, wishing further success for the upcoming championship that will be held in the United Arab Emirates Capital, Abu Dhabi on March 31.
