The ingredients you’ll need –

For the lamb chops:
Lamb Chops 8 pcs

Yoghurt 6 Tbsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp

For the breaded prawns:
Prawns, shelled and deveined  16 pcs

Lemon juice     2 Tbsp                
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 Tbsp
Mustard 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper½ tsp
Flour 1 ½ Cup
Eggs 3 pcs
Bread crumbs 1 ½ Cup

For the Vegetable Kabab:
Carrots .5” slice 8 slices

Baby Marrow .5” slice 8 slices
Red Capsicum 1.5”x1.5” cut 8 slices
Red Onion 1.5”x1.5” cut 8 slices

And finally for the Machboos:
Basmati Rice 1 Cup

Corn oil 2 Tbsp
Cardamom 4 pcs
Cinnamon 2” long
Cloves 6 pcs
Bay leaves 3 pcs
Garlic 1 Tbsp
Ginger 1 Tbsp
Red Onion 2 Tbsp
Red Capsicum ¼ Cup
Mint leaves 2 Tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 Tbsp
Chicken Stock 2 Cups
