Talking Art

Prominent Bahraini artist Marwa Rashid Al Khalifa will discuss her approach to art and the contemporary art movement at the Art Centre on Wednesday (April 6). The session is part of the “Artist Talk” series held during the 2016 Spring of Culture season. Considered one of the leading contemporary artists in Bahrain and the region, Al Khalifa will share with the audience the different techniques she uses to create her various works, which include paintings, drawings, art installations, and other forms.
