‘Tawasul’ your communication platform to 31 governmental entities

The National Suggestions and Complaints System ‘Tawasul’ has earned beneficiaries and users’ confidence when addressing government entities whom showcased their support to address any individual request. Tawasul system contributes in achieving the concept of justice and equality as it accomplishes direct interaction with users of the service. Due to the keenness of entities to become more customer centric, the system witnessed a new edition on to its list to serve the public.  The Capital Municipal Council has been added to Tawausl to have a total of 31 governmental entities interacting with the public through in 2018.

Tawasul is an advanced system that utilizes modern technologies and undoubtedly develops government work for citizens, residents, visitors and business owners who play a role in evaluating the bundles of delivered government services. In the past years, Tawasul has witnessed continuous involvement from public entities and outstanding audience interaction due to building of trust and confidence in the transparency of the system.

Linking the public with government entities permanently, Tawasul receives cases across its secured direct communication channels via Tawasul’s online system (Bahrain.bh/tawasul) or Tawasul mobile application via the eGovernment Apps Store (Bahrain.bh/apps).

The public can submit their suggestions ; enquiries and even complaints to the ‘Tawasul’ system, through a process of six stages that involve reviewing, auditing, investigation, processing, analysis and development. Case applicants can convey their level of satisfaction and may request the re-handling of their applications, in the event of dissatisfaction with the response.

Adding to the list of the governmental entities on Tawasul recently joined  Capital Municipal Council,  one more entity Tawasul comprises 31 governmental entities including the Ministry of Education, National Authority for Qualifications & Quality Assurance of Education and Training, Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), Ministry of Youth and Sports (MOYS), Ministry of Culture, Bahrain Exhibitions & Conventions Authority, Central Bank of Bahrain and the Information Affairs Authority (IAA). Together with Ministries of Housing, Labour, Works, Health, Social Development, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, Foreign Affairs, Finance, Transportation, National Health Regulatory Authority, Telecommunications Regulatory Authority as well as the Information & eGovernment Authority.
