The Government Directory App

Planning a virtual event? Need to reach government officials in specific directorates? The Government Directory App is your essential guide to the numerous governmental entities

Created by the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), the Government Directory app contains a regularly updated list of all ministries and governmental entities ’  contact numbers, general websites, hotlines, emails, entity social media accounts and geographic locations on the interactive Bahrain map with locations of the entity other branches. The app also includes the details of the governmental entity senior leadership, its directorates and contact details. The app currently showcases the contact information of 55 public entities serving as a who’s who platform.

The app was created to have one database directory for governmental entities details to assist different sectors such as the  event industry when needing to organize an event and need to ensure their public sector guest list is accurate, or is trying to identify a speaker in a  certain industry . This also includes the business sector who would like to seek opportunities with the public sector to ensure the correct contact is being communicated with easily via their email or office.

The app features are designed in a way making it easy to click on the contact and have the choice of calling or emailing the contact selected or adding it to the contact favorite list.

To download the app, users simply need to visit the eGovernment Apps Store www.bahrain.bh/apps where the app is available for both iOS and android users.
