His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received cables of thanks marking the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Bahrain Women Police.
Minister of Interior, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, extended on behalf of all the ministry’s personnel heartfelt thanks and gratitude to HM the King, praising the continued royal support to the women police. He pointed out the significant role played by Bahrain Women Police in maintaining security with high professionalism. He pointed out the high competence of Bahraini policewomen which enabled them to take up leading posts as key partners in the security system.
The Interior Minister affirmed that the 50th anniversary of Bahrain Women Police is a vivid indication of the state’s civilizational aspect and institutional approach which is based on a forward-looking vision to continue the development process in the prosperous era of HM the King.
Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) President Shaikh Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khaliha also congratulated policewomen on their golden jubilee. She paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, hailing the keynote royal address on the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Bahrain’s Women Police. She praised HM the King’s support to Bahraini women in recognition of their pivotal role in national social, economic and cultural developments strides. She lauded the role of the Supreme Council for Women, led by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, Wife of HM the King and SCW President. She commended Bahraini women’s success in all vital sectors, which enabled them to reach high-level positions and become a role model in the region for their competence.

She praised HM the King’s keynote address marking the golden jubilee of Bahrain’s Women Police, hailing women’s strides in all fields in the prosperous era of HM the King.
