Primavera, renowned for its exquisite Italian cuisine, proudly announces its relaunch featuring a newly crafted menu curated by Chef Mirsha Moreno. The event celebrated the restaurant’s new chapter, highlighting innovative reinterpretations of classic dishes, all made with locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients.

The evening featured a delectable array of dishes. Guests began their culinary journey with starters such as Insalata alla Mediterranea, Ricotta Fatta in Casa, Carpaccio di Manzo, and Pizza Tartufo. For the main course, they had the choice of Risotto ai Funghi Selvatici or Filetto di Hammour, each expertly prepared to highlight seasonal flavors. To conclude the evening, guests enjoyed exquisite desserts, including Signature Tiramisu and Cheesecake Siciliano, leaving a lasting impression on all. Throughout the dining experience, guests were accompanied by the soothing Italian sounds of Alberto, enhancing the ambiance.

The relaunch event included select VIPs, esteemed media partners, and hotel management led by General Manager, Bernard de Villèle, the new Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Pamela Panduric, Director of Food and Beverage, William Fily, Executive Chef Joergen Sodemann, Director of Human Resources, Rasha Ghoul, and the newly appointed Restaurant Manager at Primavera, Sergio Svriz.

Primavera is open Wednesday to Monday, offering lunch from 12 PM to 3 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 11 PM. Join us to savor the essence of spring and experience traditional Italian dishes with a contemporary twist, all served with heartfelt hospitality.
