The partnership will focus on empowering young Bahraini to develop the skills and knowledge they require to succeed in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world and to empower them to find the right opportunities in the labor market. ThinkSmart and “Hope Talents” will collaborate to provide training, mentorship, and employment opportunities to support fresh graduates to unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
“Hope Talents,” is the talent management arm of Hope Fund, offering smart solutions to enhance human capital development in Bahrain and providing vetted candidates from a pipeline of high-potential, bankable, reliable and driven talents.
Through this dynamic partnership, ThinkSmart and “Hope Talents” will offer a variety training opportunities, coaching workshops and career opportunities for the youth, enhance their capabilities and enable them to seize the right opportunities in the labor market. This move is aligned and linked with ThinkSmart’s National Initiative for Skilling called Forsati.
Launched in 2017, Forsati is a unique initiative between Microsoft, Tamkeen and ThinkSmart which aims to help Young Bahrainis acquire 21st Century Professional Skills that will enhance productivity in Bahrain.
