On Sunday, February 14, 2016, the Vento – the Hotel’s authentic Italian restaurant – the Valentine’s Day dining experience will sure to impress as guests enjoy a five-course specialty menu while taking in some of the best views in the city. The menu begins with a surprise amuse bouche, and continues with a line up of romance-instilled dishes such as lobster, potato mousseline, olive tomato salsa, homemade asparagus-ricotta ravioli, sea bass and tiger prawns. As a sweet ending, guests enjoy a delicious heart chocolate mousse with amarena cherry and raspberry sorbet.
The cost is BHD 42 per person inclusive of a glass of bubbly beverage and a red rose given as gift to each precious female guest.
Pink Heart Buffet Dinner at Bahrain Bay Kitchen
The Hotel’s award winning brunch outlet Bahrain Bay Kitchen will offer its very first Pink Heart dinner buffet on Valentine’s Sunday, starting from BHD 26 per person including soft beverages. Dressed up in heart-shaped balloons and enhanced with live romantic music, Bahrain Bay Kitchen’s exclusive buffet will feature oysters rockefeller and oysters kilpatrick, braised beef cheek wellington, roasted orange scented duck, fresh sushi and Japanese tempura station, and as sweet ending the forever favourite chocolate fountain with rose marshmallows, raspberry jelly heart and a charming crepes suzette station to mention a few.
Celebrate Celebrity Style with Wolfgang Puck
On Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, the Hotel’s American steak restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Ben Small, will also be sharing the love with an enchanting five-course dinner menu from BHD 45 per person.
CUT’s special dinner menu on both days will feature beluga caviar from the Caspian Sea, a duo of Australian wagyu and USDA prime beef, and a lavish dessert highlighting sweet fresh raspberries.
Extend the celebration of romance in re/Asian Cuisine by Wolfgang Puck where whole live Maine lobster, Australian wagyu sirloin, and a decadent chocolate dessert to share will appeal to Asian fusion appetites. Prepared by Executive Chef Brian Becher and Executive Pastry Chef Pierre Chambon, the sumptuous five-course dinner at re/Asian Cuisine by Wolfgang Puck is priced at BHD 45 per person.
