Three Gates Hospitality Restaurants to Feature its Culinary Skills at the 10th Edition of the Dubai Food Festival

The three restaurants – Michelin-lauded ‘Folly’, British gastropub ‘Reform Social & Grill’ and Alpine experience themed ‘Publique’ will present its culinary expertise at Dubai Food Festival’s Foodie Experiences

Folly will also be one of the 50 top restaurants at the Dubai Restaurant Week with 3 course dinner menu at AED 250

Homegrown hospitality company Gates Hospitality announced that three of its restaurants – Folly, Reform Social & Grill and Publique will be presenting its food at the Dubai Food Festival (DFF) which is set to take place from 21st April to 7th May 2023. While all three restaurants will be part of the ‘Foodie Experiences’ category, Michelin-lauded Folly, will also be one of the 50 top restaurants as part of the Dubai Restaurant Week.

For Foodie Experience, Folly will conduct an exclusive ‘lamb masterclass’ with its executive chef Bojan Cirjanic followed by lunch on 28th April at 12 pm. Through the DFF period, Reform Social & Grill will offer a three course organic menu with ingredients harvested from its very own kitchen garden at AED 150 per person, while Publique will have Alpine and local themed three course menu with a welcome cocktail at AED 225 per person.

As part of the Dubai Restaurant Week, Folly will offer a three course dinner menu at AED 250 where guests can expect to indulge in some exquisite European cuisine that will tantalize their taste buds.

In addition to Folly, Reform Social & Grill, Gates Hospitality also owns Bistro Des Arts, a quintessential 1970 Parisian bistro and Ultra Brasserie, a “farm-to-table” cafe.
