This year’s theme is “Life made simple, smiles are now instant” which reiterates the brand’s commitment to service excellence across its global markets.

The entire campaign period, on till 10 November 2018, will witness various customer engagement initiatives. Customers and frontline staff will be recognised and rewarded for their patronage and exemplary service respectively, while customer service teams who have demonstrated excellence in driving process improvements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience will be awarded special recognition.

The brand will also be conducting trainings, team-building activities, and contests that will emphasise on the importance of customer happiness and service excellence.
