BIC extends Early Bird discount period on F1 Bahrain Grand Prix tickets

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) announced today a week-long extension of the Early Bird promotional period, which offers up to 20% discount on tickets to the 2016 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.
The Early Bird was originally scheduled to end at midnight tonight  (January 24), but due to great public demand, the promotion will remain available for another week until midnight on Sunday, January 31.
Under the Early Bird discount, fans can enjoy a 20% reduction on ticket prices to BIC’s Main Grandstand and Turn One Grandstand. There is also a 10% discount on tickets to the Batelco, University and Victory grandstands.
A Main Grandstand ticket, originally costing BD150 apiece, is now just BD120 after the Early Bird discount. The Turn One Grandstand ticket, which costs BD100 originally, is now just BD80.
Batelco Grandstand tickets are BD108 each after discount, while tickets to the University and Victory Grandstands are BD54 apiece.
Children aged three to 12 years old can get tickets for half the price, while entry is free of charge for those below three years old.
Meanwhile, a second phase of BIC’s Early Bird discount will be held from February 1 to 15. During this time, there will be a 15% reduction on Main Grandstand and Turn One Grandstand tickets. Seating to the Batelco, University and Victory Grandstands will continue to be 10% off.
All tickets are for three-day access to the Grand Prix weekend, which, aside from F1, will include racing from other major international and regional championships.
In addition, BIC will be presenting its usual selection of family entertainment, including world famous recording artists, as well as extensive fun throughout the weekend. More details on the racing and entertainment programme will be announced soon.
Tickets can be purchased at the BIC stand in Bahrain City Centre, online at www.bahraingp.com or by calling the BIC Hotline on +973-17-450000.
