VIVA BAHRAIN AND SILAH GULF CELEBRATE A SUCCESSFUL 10-YEAR PARTNERSHIP

VIVA Bahrain, the Kingdom’s leading telecommunications service provider celebrates today the tenth anniversary of its successful partnership with multi-award winning and leading premium Customer Experience specialist, Silah Gulf.

VIVA’s partnership with Silah has provided for an exceptional customer service and many service achievements and industry awards. Most recently, the strong impact of the partnership was seen when VIVA won the distinguished “Best Customer Service company in Telecommunications” awards from the Global Business Outlook Awards 2018. The awards were presented in recognition of VIVA being a major driving force in delivering world-class customer service experience in Bahrain.
