VIVA Bahrain celebrates 8 years of success with customers

Leading Bahrain’s telecommunications landscape with technology innovations, VIVA Bahrain is celebrating eight successful years of its operations with value-added offers for its retail and enterprise customers. With the anniversary celebrations kicking off on Thursday, 1st March, the telecom operator has lined up an exciting range of product promotions, community-driven activities and CSR initiatives.

First and foremost, acknowledging the valued support of the local community, VIVA Bahrain has brought back its immensely popular ‘Thank You Van’ that will travel across the Kingdom to give away gifts at the press of a button. This initiative targeted at reaching out to the wider community will be complemented by VIVA also offering 50 per cent discount to the first 1,000 customers who book Cineco tickets online through cinema.bh.

Adding to the eighth anniversary celebrations, VIVA will be rewarding its customers through a special retail initiative at its Bahrain City Centre, Seef Mall, Gosi Mall and Hamad town outlets. VIVA customers visiting these outlets with tickets that feature the number ‘8’ will be eligible for a BD 100 gift voucher, when they upgrade or renew their existing subscriptions or complete Postpaid/Prepaid mobile or broadband transactions.

An exclusive product promotion has also been lined up with up to BD 50 discount offered on the latest iPhone X and the Huawei Mate 10, which can be availed on contract subscriptions of 18 and 24-months. Furthermore, all VIVA mobile customers can also avail the 3GB free data bundle, which will be valid for three days. The company has also partnered with online food service delivery, Carriage to offer its customers free delivery using a special code on orders made between March 1 – 3.

Continuing with the anniversary offers, VIVA Business customers can also benefit from the special VIVA Business Mobility package which offers mobile and broadband subscribers free 8GB data on all registered devices. This offer will run for one month until March 31.

With CSR at the core of VIVA’s operations, the telecom operator is also hosting activities at a labour camp to mark anniversary celebrations and promote SIM card registration.
