VIVA opens its first service centre at Seef Mall Bahrain

VIVA Bahrain announces the opening of the first VIVA service centre at Seef Mall offering fast and standardized device maintenance services to VIVA customers for a wide range of smartphones and tablets.  The newly opened service centre located in Seef district of the mall’s first floor, will not only serve iPhone customers, it will also offer service packages to Huawei, Samsung and other smartphone users. In addition, VIVA service centre will showcase the most up-to-date in smart devices and accessories.

Opened daily from 10am to 10pm, the new VIVA service centre location offers plenty of convenience including parking spaces and extended timings. The newly opened centre sports a fresh look, that is vibrant and welcoming and features the latest smart devices as well as original accessories available to purchase in cash, where VIVA customers can enjoy the luxury of upgrading their devices, independently from any plan they may have.

The VIVA service centre also enables customers to book their appointments through the VIVA app in just a few clicks anywhere, and at any time.  For VIVA customers getting their devices serviced at the new centre, they can get direct status updates by calling 34011588 or 124. The centre also features a new and upgraded self-service machine (SSM) providing a broad spectrum of VIVA services on a single digital platform.
