Seasonally sought-after ingredients play an important role in the new menu with the potassium packed Top 10 Superfruit of 2017, avocado being hailed star of the summer menu. Boasting far more than guacamole, avocado’s ability to diversify so many dishes as well as provide healthy fats and creamy texture ensures its presence throughout, including avocado toast in the breakfast options, avocado hummus in starters, mango prawn avocado in salads and more.
Chilean Sea bass teamed with a delectable bisque sauce reigns as chefs special for the season, while orange crepe and chocolate mandarin tart are the must-try desserts of this menu edition.
